Cameras Guitars Wonders
My own gear evolution, coming back to photography after 25 years away, meant that I was ripe for DPM and so those were my first purchases. But I did later acquire an dp1 for its 28mm, and it rides in the bag with the big brothers.

DP2 Merrill. I bought this camera some months ago, but I'm still wrangling with the colour. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I was expecting the same DP1/2 3D translucency to the files, which this camera doesn't seem to have. But it does produce amazing images when you get things right.

Original DP1, all processed in SPP 3 or 4. The original cameras had a deliciously unique colour palette and way of handling highlights and shadows. Buying the DP1 made me stop using film for a long time.

Each year I take out the DP1 and DP2, but this year, I've been shooting with them more earnestly. Here are a few from the last few months.

Ha! just found the Sigma threads here... I have the DP2M and I think it's fantastic (but quirky).

Thanks Abbazz for reviving this thread. I forgot about at all. Now need to consider buying a Sigma DP camera
