I just picked one up in perfect working condition, with leather case for 7 dollars! Found it in the "junk" bin at my local camera store...
I'm thrilled and have been having fun putting film thru it.

It is jpg, out of the camera, sharpened when reduced to 1024px

XPro works great with my el cheapo Voigtlander lenses used in conjunction with Fuji M-Mount Adapter. I used to use an M8 and the X-Pro's IQ is FAR superior IMO. I would say hands down, I would take JPEG quality X-Pro files vs. RAW files from the M8. I never used another type of adapter so I can't help you with that question. The ultrawides sometimes do have issues with color vignetting, but lesser so than the M8.
JPEG IQ is freakishly good... better than my 5DII and certainly better than M8

really, thats such great information, thank you so much. tbh ive just read so much about how the xpro yields poor IQ with RF lenses, and then i just came off a thread here showing, at least to my eye, very detail muddled shots using the cv 15mm, i was thinking i should cross the xpro off my list as a digi vehicle for my RF lenses. maybe theres hope yet! the fact that you think the files are better than with the RF optimized M8 is high praise. thanks again.
