Posting images to RFF

Is there an image hosting site that doesn't mangle your images? I have no problem using Flickr or Photobucket when posting to RFF except for the image quality. They make the image quality really bad. At least for me. I don't recall having this problem in the past. I can post to RFF directly from my computer, but only thumbnails. Anyone else having this problem?

Gerry, if you upload a photo directly to RFF it accepts up to 200K per photo, much bigger than a thumbnail.

My procedure is to download the "large" version of the photo from flickr, then reduce size using Preview so it is less than 200K (reduction of 75% is usually more than adequate), then upload to RFF.

I have not been able to figure out how to link from flickr to the gallery, maybe you can explain how to do that?
