Here we go again....It starts around June 25th every year. As soon as it gets dark you can hear fireworks until about 1AM. I guess it will last until around July 7th -8th.

I haven't heard any fireworks around here and probably won't until the 4th. In North Carolina where I live it's against the law to have firecrackers but people go to S.C. to buy them, and I have never heard of anyone being in trouble with the law for having them. They do have tents set up all over the state in every shopping center selling sparklers and other types of fireworks that don't go boom.

I live in Oregon, on the border with washington, everyone goes there to get fireworks, as we aren't allowed to buy crackers, or anything flying here.

In our jurisdiction (development in unincorporated county space) fireworks are legal with very few restrictions. There's usually a fairly good amateur aerial show each night around this time of year.
