I am just blown away by the image quality of these Leica lenses that were made in the 1930s. Simply unreal...

Nice images, Mr. Flibble. What kind of condition is your Xenon in?
I've yet to develop anything from my Summarit...and I'm hoping they will be on par with yours.

When I got it it was in very bad condition. lens tube was spinning freely. Lots of light scratches in the coating. Focus was of by about 10cm
Someone had taken it apart but couldn't figure out how to put it back together (those service openings to lock the rear lens unit in place when replacing the rest of the lens tube are hidden under the knurled ring on the focus mount. Took me a while to figure that out!).
The front and rear element had their scratches gently polished out of the coating.
And this is what you get.
It still flares a lot in high contrast situations with medium to large apertures. But it certainly is worth more now than the 'UG' status it had on KEH.

Steve you've certainly inspired me with what you're doing in this and the other thread with the Nickel Elmar. Lovely shots.

I've walked from front to bloor and back. I wont go any further north than that by foot usually. Walking uphill that far sucks.
