There's a few guys on apug doing a reversal process on regular RA4 colour paper...would be kinda like a slo-mo Polaroid!
Or if you can get hold of it and the chems, use Ektachrome paper!
Which I have three 20"x200' rolls of....just need a large format camera now!

You can use paper in a MF camer too - them enlarge through it as per a normal neg. I sue single weight paper as the neg. See here.

Surely yes you can; I've used direct positive paper with large pinhole cameras and even with 8x10 field camera.
