I have a Kiev 3 that although its light meter responds to light, when I turn the outer dial for determining the exposure the needle in the light meeter does not respond to it. Is it possible to fix that? Is it a problem inside the light meter, or in the rewind dial assembly? Is there any guide for opening the top housing for repairs?
