Problems installing Capture One 4

I received a copy of Capture One 4 with my Digital Leica (D-Lux4). Installation seemed to be going well until it was time to go online to register it. I got the following message:

SQL server does not exist or access denied

So I googled for the Phase One website and found the "contact us" link. When I clicked on the one for support, I got an error message. It said that the error had been duly noted, and they were sorry for the inconvenience. It's been like that all day, for about 9 or 10 hours now.

Any suggestions? Anyone else had a problem with them?

If the SQL server is down, it's a server issue. Give it a day and I'm sure it'll be back up and running again! I find that sometimes the websites I visit show the same message--it doesn't take long for it to be fixed. Especially with a big company like Phase One.

Yep, that's how it turned out! Tried it again this AM and it went right through. I always feel so helpless when these things don't work. The last things I really understood were my M2, and the R-14 radar on the F-105D.
