Problems with my Nokton 50 and Bessa R

Looks like I have a serious problem with my fovourite combo (BessaR+Nokton50) because I can't unscrew the lens from the body.
I don't know what happened because I usually take care to screw the lenses not too tight.
Anyway, I wonder if it happened to someone else before or if there are helpful tricks to solve the problem (even though I begin to think I now have a modern fixed lens rf...).

Yes, actually it's bit difficult to focus it at 1.5, especially in low light (sometimes it's like being guessing more than focusing) but in day light it shouldn't be a problem.

If my lens did not come off, I'd just figure my wife put some cyanoacrylate (Superglue) on the threads, then screwed it down tight.

I would take it to my local shop, they must have a proper wrench? Assume you have tried all reasonable tricks, rubber grip, etc., you could turn over the canned air and chill the lens threads, hoping to shrink it, but just a theory.

If you have a good local store or shop, am sure they would give it a try for little to no money.

I do less with adjustments than I used to, and have found experts who are reasonable and have the experience not to mess up a nice lens and body. I would think if it is misthreaded you would have noticed it putting it on and the focus might be a bit off.

I know sometimes people put rubber bands around stuck filters, and there are wrenchs made for both problems. The torque ideally would be applied as close to the body as possible.

set the speed dial to B and take a look inside the camera body, maybe you will see something 😉

I bet if you bang it really hard on a table, like a stubborn pickle jar, it will loosen up the threads enough to remove the lens. If that doesn't work, maybe you can run it under some hot water and try again. 🙄

@JohnTF, actually I did not tried yet with rubber bands, so I'll give it a try before bringing it to the lab.
@le vrai rdu, I was thinking about it but I want to finish the roll inside it to check if the photos are misfocused so to understand if I misthreaded the lens.

it's impossible to misthread the lense, you wont be able to screw the lense in 100% if misthreaded, I suggest you bring it to a repair man.
This sound like minor issue, but it's not, once you damage the screw-in thread, you wont be able to mount any screw-in lenses!
