Problems with X100 speeds dial

Hy friends,
I've bought a second hand X100. It runs fine but has a problem with speeds. In any automatic program, all speeds work fine, but in manual, when i try to change the speed from the dial, it doesn't works fine. The speeds between 1/1000 to 1/125 don't run. If i select from 1/1000 to 1/125, the camera only use 1/2000. Can it be a firmware/software problem?. The camera was been updated at the last version, Any suggestion?

That does not sound right. Something is definitely wrong here. If u are either in full manual or even shutter priority, whatever shutter speed u pick should always work.

Right now I cannot think of a configuration mode that could end up w/ kind of problem...
