I have a Voigtlander Vito B that belongs to a friend of mine that had a stuck shutter. I opened it up, and found the spring for the Self Timer had disconnected from it's post, and of course, the shutter blades were stuck. It had not been operated since 1975.
After a teardown, multiple applications of alcohol (isopropyl), and a couple runs through the ultrasonic bath, I got it running again. Slow speeds are off, but the owner is not concerned with that.
I have posted a video on Flickr of the shutter operating again after 35 years.
