Proposed Zoom lens

Hi all,
Does anybody have an idea how the proposed Zoom lens would work with the optical viewfinder? Will there be a stepless frame mirrored in the OVF? Or will the lens have click stops? Or will it work only with the EVF? If there any information about this on the web?

No one really knows. I've read a rumour somewhere that it would force the camera to switch to EVF, but I think that would be a grave mistake.

Considering the size, however, it probably blocks a large part of the view at the wider focal lengths.
