will pse8 or 9 work on d90 raw files?

It should. I have used it in the past with d100 and d40x. Just make sure u download latest updates. I have not used pse for a long time... Currently using Aperture 3 mainly.

Adobe pretty good at making sure their camera raw stuff is up to date.

I think I went to the Nikon site for the shim. Works fine on PSE8.

only interested in pse...that's what i have, i'm used to it and it works for me.

i think i already have what i need for the d90...
