pse9 question/frustration

why did they get rid of bridge...that worked so well for me!!

but now we have the 'organizer' which seems overly complicated.

anyway...my question...and my frustration...

when i try to open an image in organizer to edit it in elements it keeps telling me that the editor is busy and wont open the image.

i have looked at adobe site and watched endless videos, borrowed a friend's book on pse 9...i do what it says but i keep getting this editor busy signal...

can anyone help me?

I don't know what bridge is but organizer in Photo Shop is a disaster.

i found the answer...

pse9 has a bug!

you need to open 'organizer' first and then open pse9...

I haven't used PSE for years, since about PSE4, but I do recall hating the Organiser and searching around for ways to get rid of it.

Found this, still in my Safari bookmarks. It's old, and for Windows, but might just help: scroll down to "Tip 7: Kill the Organizer"
