I put together a few posts to tell a few different storylines revolving around the most recent Austrian political elections, and specifically a single event held by the FPÖ (Freiheitliche Partei Österreichs / Freedom Party of Austria) in Innsbruck. The FPÖ is one of the more notorious right-wing parties in Europe.
(Please forgive me in advance for sarcasm and editorialization.)
Episode 1: The Austrian Freedom Party stands for Austrian Freedom
We love Austria, and everybody loves us. “Freedom Party of Austria” & “Our heart beats for Tirol.” Especially those of our children.
Our dear leader “HC” Strache (because that’s how Heinz-Christian prefers to be called) is beautiful and everybody loves him. Especially the television cameras.
Opportunist opposition parties like “The Greens” are not as old as we are and jeer at us as we pass by.
The children love us. The children are our future and don’t you dare let them be deceived.
Old ladies love us too.
Our silver-haired stallion Rudi Federspiel (Tirolian parliament, 2003 – 2008) even tries to be friends with the Greens but they just nod and smile empty smiles because they don’t want to upset the police.
Look at these beautiful mountains. Don’t you want to remember these beautiful mountains? Remember us.

A Mr. Richard Feder from Fort Lee, New Jersey wants to know what's all this I'm hearing about pubic demonstrations, and what's the government supposed to do about angry pubes? Besides getting caught in a zipper once or twice, they seem to have it pretty easy. Which brings me to my next topic, the November erections. What's so special about November? Why not have them on Valentine's day? Will there be pubic demonstrations then too? Seems like a beard in the hand is worth two in the bush.
