He responded to my search for a viewfinder/rangefinder glass piece for my "new" QL17 GIII with an offer to ship 'em from Holland. I've just installed the glass, and will put the camera through it's paces tomorrow. He also included the rear viewfinder glass, which I'll keep for future reference unless someone on the forum needs it, at which point I'll carry on Rob's generosity.

He is a generous person indeed ... a while a go when I was searching for an RF Hexar he spotted one in Holland and looked into the availability with the seller for me ... unfortunately the camera had a list of people waiting to buy it so it was a no go but I was impressed at the trouble he went to for me!

If you're listening laptop ... did I ever thank you enough ... I hope so!
