Pushing T-MAX one stop, but not the whole roll

I just got (back) into film photography, and I have T-MAX 100 in a camera right now. According to the datasheet†, developing times are the same whether it's exposed at 100 or pushed to 200. Does that imply I can expose each frame at whichever speed suits that photo best, and stay happily unburdened by the usual limitation of having to push the whole roll?

This datasheet.

Yes also 1 Stop of over or underexposure is something that pretty much any current B/W can handle. Since the development time is identical you don't really push the film but you work with the film's enourmous latitude.
