PVC frame for change bag?

hello--

Has anyone assembled a frame of sorts--e.g., via fitting together small PVC tubes--to 'open up' the change bag--in order to more easily get the film into the Paterson tank?

Another option:

Find an old hard suitcase, that can stay open at around 45 to 90 degrees- velcro/glue in some light proof material on the front and between the two open sides of the suitcase. Make sure that you make two light proof holes for your arms at the front (one way would be by adding two light proof "tunnels" for your arms with thick elastic bands around the outside)
