QL19 front elements removal

Hi, I have a Canonet QL19 early version whose slow speeds are sticky and the timer isn't working. I'm trying to open up the front elements to get to the blades and try some lighter fluid, but after one of the lens was removed, I can't figure out how to get the next one. Can someone please help?

Thanks, Dave. I hope this is the last one! Taking off layer after layer is a struggle without the right tools.

BTW, I just discovered I lost one of the 3 tiny screws. It just fell off, I guess. Will this be a problem?

Dave, it's from the inside of lens barrel. Actually, you can see it in the second picture above, the screw is sitting on the bottom of the barrel and the hole at the left side where it used to be is visible, but I stupidly didn't notice it had come loose and fell off at the time I took and viewed the pic.
