Query on volume of Paterson Universal Super System 4 2-reel tank

I know recommended volumes for both 135 (290/300ml) and 120 (500ml) films but let's clarify - I want to use some highly diluted LC29 solution equivalent to HC100's dil G and keeping in mind there's minimal amount of developer per roll of 36 exposures I need total 720ml of liquid (1+74, where in case of LC29 1 part of solution is 9.6ml), well, let it be 710ml if rounded to 9.5ml

So please tell from experience or measure of this tank can take this amount of liquid with one reel and column, of course. Probably for this I will need 3-reel tank or make of another manufacturer, at all. Or there's some obvious alternate path in this direction?

I have tried LC29 at 1+74 in my existing one-reel tank, using 15exp strip and using 4.5ml of concentrate, but I can not do whole roll in it at given dilution (so I think, assuming minimal amount mentioned by Ilford has to be trusted).
 
Volume requirements are on the bottom of the tank.

If not, fill with water to cover the top reel, them measure separately.

Do not over fill as the empty space is required for agitation.

I should have be more exact - I don't have this tank and I'm asking if it will take 720ml before buying...because of weak dilution I'll have more liquid than for stronger dilutions and I want to have idea if tank is large enough.
 
bummer...suddenly I can't find where I did see 9.6ml as minimal amount per roll....have I sucked it out of finger? Now I only find Ilford mentions 10ml as it is easier to measure and they were building fool proof instructions, because it is much easier to pour 10ml of developer than any small number with decimal parts. Probably my memory has played a joke with me. Probably I've calculated 9.6ml for some dilution to try and it replaced suggested 10ml as a minimal amount....but as I see it, 10ml are just suggestion for easier measuring and to be on safe side (e.g. film with most of frames of white snow or blankets).

Searching around I've seen on net people have developed film using 4-5-6ml per roll, some mention 120 but again memory suggests 120 film has about same surface as 36exp 135 film. So I can assume I need less than 720ml volume I asked initially, even using 8ml*(1+74)=600ml I should be OK with this tank, and even try 6ml(1+100) for stand. Looks path is clear, though if somebody has remarks and thoughts - I'll appreciate.

upd: thanks Haempe, did see your response just after typed this but 720ml requirement has lowered to 600ml, and it uses 290ml per 1x135, so it takes at least 580ml and most probably also 600ml.
 
You have to find out what the true min amount is and add enough concentrate to get to the min volume..

Example - HC-110 Dif F (1:79) requires 3.8ml per roll in a 300ml tank. However, HC-110 minimum in general should be 6ml. So two options are 1) to use a larger tank or 2) keep the 300ml tank, but use 6ml instead of 3.8 ml. Yes, it is no longer 1:79, but the min volume of concentrate trumps the dilution ratio.

Agreed, this is how I came to conclusion I need larger tank - first minimal amount, then dilution.

Heading to local shop - they will allow to pour water into tank and measure how much it takes in.
 
If you take a Jobo 1540 tank you can use volumes from 975ml till 1000ml without any problem.
This tank is in fact a Jobo 1510 250ml tank + a 1530 extension tank. It can keep 4x 135-36 or 4x 120 roll films, seperated with the Jobo Red clip.
