Question about bulk loading your own cassettes

I want to get into the bulk loading, so for those who do this, can you please give me a list of what I really need before I make an order. I'm pretty sure it's self explanatory, but it never hurts to ask first.

If possible, get the plastic cassettes with the screw-turn caps. Today I loaded a dozen cassettes - 8 plastic/screw kind + 4 metal snap-ons. I did the eight in the same time it took me to do two of the snap-ons. The snap-on ends are a pain to get on, and then fall off, spontaneously, at unexpected times. Screw-turns are easy to get on & stay that way. Get small "kiddie" shears to trim the leader, & I use a 1/8" hole (paper punch) to mark the leader with a hole or two to indicate film speed.
