Question about "featured photos" on main page

Sometimes, I'm on the main page, and I see a photo over in the middle of the screen..the "featured photos" and I would click on refresh screen or something, and the photo changes. How can I find that photo again? Is it pretty random?

Eric, the pictures are chosen randomly. To see a previous selection, use your "Go Back" arrow/button. When you "refresh", it brings up a new set of images.

Odd, hitting the back button goes to a thread that I was previously reading, not the main index page with the older picture.
