Question: Beseler 35mm Negatrans & "full frame" printing

Hello all,

I'm thinking of picking up the 35mm Negatrans for my Beseler 23c. I know about the o-ring issues and am not too worried about getting one working. However, I like to print full frame with a black border on all four sides, and I don't know that filing out the Negatrans would be very straightforward. Anyone have any experience on how big the frame opening is on these?

I can send a photo later to explain but the measurement are:

Inner opening 22.2mm x 34.9mm
Outer opening 26.8 x 39.5mm

Not sure about the O Ring (I do not see one) but the unit is yours for postage.

I would think you'd need to file the edges, perhaps of both holders. I used one briefly and at the time it was slower for the production printing I was doing but I was doing 35mm prints from uncut rolls.
