Is there a rangefinder with 1:1 viewfinder OTHER than the Bessa R3M (1:1)? I don't mind fixed-lens. Preferably under $200.

I think you'll need to look for a Konica IIIa or IIIm; I can't think of any others.

They're highly regarded, so I suspect you'll need to shop hard to find a nice one under $200. There's one on eBay right now with a BIN of $319.95, and that's with a missing viewfinder bezel.

Voigtlander Vito CLR (or CSR for that matter)..
The going rate is between $25-$75 depending on the model (standard vs. luxus and f2.8 vd. f3.5) and the mechanical condition.. The latter is an issue, as they're from the early sixties and many of them now have dragging shutters that need to be CLA'd.

Zorki 3, 3M, 4 all are Leica Thread Mount; The Zorki 4 is the least expensive.
Kodak Signet 80, "funky Breech-lock" mount, has 50/35/90 focal lengths available. all three and the camera will run ~$100. BIG camera.
Canon P or VI-T, hard to find under $200, but possible for a real user camera. My VI-T was $140.

Another vote for the Konica III (early model). The 48/2 Hexanon is wonderfully sharp, and IMO the Seikosha shutter on the later models was a step backward from the Konirapid shutter found on this first of the III series.
Build quality is excellent. This is a solid, heavy camera - bigger than the thread-mount Leicas but a little smaller than the M-mounts. The trigger winder on the front left of the body is interestingly useful.
In mint condition these go for around $200, though a poorly-promoted example in apparently great shape went for only $50 last month. If needed Dean Williams will do a thorough CLA with a short turnaround for less than $100.
