Well and truly on the + side of fifty ... a fact that my body seems well aware of but one that my brain seems unwilling to aknowledge.

I used to be able to go out and work all day in the 30+ degree summer heat in the yard and feel fine the next morning. These days I can do it but I wake up the next morning feeling like I've been run over by a bus ... I really don't like the aging process!
