Quick question about a Leica II bellows adapter

Hello, I'm trying to find an adapter to put screw mount lenses on the Bellows II. I think that 16950 is the disc that I need - can you confirm this? Is there somewhere on the web a nice list of all the adapters, preferably in English? Thank you for your help!
