R-D1 Battery Conditioning needed?

I just picked up another R-D1 to replace one I sold a while ago and purchased a new 2nd Epson battery to go with it.

Are there any recommendations on charging/using the new battery for maximum life and capacity. Since it's Li-On I wouldn't think that I'd need to do anything but I may as well tap into the experts here in case I'm wrong.

Any tips?

www.batteryuniversity.com has a pretty detailed breakdown of each type of battery and their properties. Personally, I just treat them how I want to, and they seem to work fine
