I'm guessing the logo is a proprietary designed font. A very quick guess at related fonts made me think of Isonorm or Magda Clean Mono - but neither of those has the characteristic sloping curves.
Have a look at some of the major font sites (Fontshop for example), they often have Font identifier applications.
As Mani stated, it's likely a font Epson had created for the camera. There exists a remote possibility that it's a technical font often used by engineers and architects for plans / schematics.

It is not that. Since the introduction of AUTOCAD we use standard windows fonts; any weird fonts do not print to the correct scale by someone who does not have them in their computer.

That it could very well be; I remember similar type fonts used when I used to use a rapidograph typing template with mechanical pens. It does look..."analogue" 🙂
