Hi guys,
Here's some more images from the Voigtlander's Ultra Wide-Heliar 12mm f/5.6 Aspherical.
And a few in monochrome...
All shot on the Epson R-D1s. All pictures are unsharpened and are JPEG images straight from the camera except the last one. Full size images, technical details, EXIF datas and more photos here...

Overall, I think this little lens is great fun, be it on a cropped digital sensor or a full frame film camera. Contrast seems a tad high for monochrome images, but still manageable in most cases. Vignetting is not too major an issue if you take the effort to control it. And scale focusing is fun!
Cheers,

back to basics
The Heliar 15mm was the reason for me to get into the RF world. Now I have an R-D1 I put a 39mm filter in the fixed shade. Just clamped in with a little tape.
Can I do a similar trick with the 12mm shade? That would be great to protect the huge front glass.
Can anyone please measure the inside of the shade?
thanks!
