R3A shutter release question

I have an R3A with a Rapidwinder Softrelease on it. I noticed today that there is a second noise and click that happens after the shutter release has been pressed and the shutter has fired. This click is felt and heard as the shutter release button comes up. This only happens with my R3A, not on my R. Both shutters ( inner gray and rear black ) are opening and closing OK.

I have not used the camera for a while, so I don't really remember if it did this before or not.

Anyone else care to try theirs and compare?
