R3M...full viewfinder equal to?

Quick question that I can't find the answer to here.
I have a R3M on the way that I'm going to be using with a 40mm lens.

But purely out of interest roughly what focal length does the full viewfinder equate to?

slightly less than the 35 frame
if Cosina could have have installed a 35 frame
they would have

you will be OK without glasses for 35
more or less
but not with glasses
