Hello!
I have just checked some color images from Ralph Gibson I absolutly loved them, though not the once in brasil, I am interested what kind of film is he using? negative? slide? kodak? fuji? which exactly? do we have this information? thanks for sharing

make sure to check all the pages, I just love the colors and tonalitys, its like slide but not quet because it has alot of information, if its negative I would love to shoot with it well even if its slide

this is from an interview in 2001, so things may have changed..."Ralph: I use Fuji Superia 100. It’s 100 speed negative film"

I have a doubt he is using fuji now but

Ralph: Transparencies scan OK. I don’t mind scanning a transparency like Kodachrome, but I just don’t shoot Kodachrome anymore. Scanning black and white or color negatives don’t give me the results that I want.

I must not "get" art, as I didn't see anything he did that I haven't seen done better elsewhere. He must be a good marketer, or something?

Well, I'm a big fan of his work. More so after reading the interview. Anyone who can make an interesting photo of a simple cardboard box has my admiration.

Just to demonstrate how dedicated a photographer I am, I think that the older, non-Adonis type male (sorry) deserves to be celebrated just as normal not perfect females should be. Our culture is too obsessed with the perfect body. I have to be honest though and admit that I'd prefer to work with women. Who are fit.
