Larky: I don't know the UK repair services to recommend, but the (horizontal) RF adjustment is very easy.
Open the back of the camera. Just above the top film rail you will see a small screw, (slot head) roughly midship. Carefully (because it's easy to drop and lose) remove this screw. Inset through the screwhole is the RF horizontal adjutment screw. You'll need a small jeweler's screwdriver to reach it.
Set the lens to infinity. Adjust the set screw until the RF patch is properly aligned when you view something truly at infinity. A very distant tree or building serves. Should be easy enough. If the camera needs other servicing, then such an adjustment would be included, of course. If not, this should set you right.
