Does anyone know which Rangefinder was used on the 'Jericho' mystery on PBS last night? It was featured quit a bit until the photographer got bumped off. There were also scenes in his dark room which did not look like they were equiped properly for 1951-3. The camera looked like a Contax, but I know nothing about non Leica rangefinders of that era. At least it was a good show.

Is this PBS "Jericho" different than the one on CBS?

Very definitely different. Actually, I can't imagine CBS having a show like this, but I haven't seen the 'Jericho' on CBS, or CBS for that matter, in a long time.

I'm going to look for it. Any show with a 1950s rangefinder must be worth watching (if for no other reason than to see the camera)!

ZeissFan, I agree, I just wish I knew which camera it was. It had a lens with a lot of glass, looked like an f1.4+.
