Anyone have any experience using the FilterView rangefinder polarizer? http://www.photoequip.net/ I was considering getting the new Kenko rangefinder polarizer but they are impossible to find in the USA and Robert White is out of stock. After looking at the FilterView I think I might like it better.

No, but it looks expensive considering there's no filter with it.
Maybe it's worth getting the stepping rings yourself and drilling holes in the 62mm to 77mm one or whatever?

Try watching the reflection on the front lens element when rotating the polarizer.

Reflections work
Hi RJ
a long time has passed since you put this post up!
But I tried it on my M8 with voigtlander 21mm f4. I could see the reflections on the lens surrounds as i rotated the filter facing the subject. When the dark reflection was on the bottom I got full polarisation; when light was reflected at the bottom I got no polarisation.
I also tried it on a glass reflection...same effect with light reflections.
I fantastic hint RJ, no need for fiddly other methods...you can polarize when walking up to the subject!
