Usually 1/15th on the M8, but with the current wine-intake, I try to be safe and pick 1/125...

It depends to me. I can hold it at 1/15, but if people are moving, the image will have some dynamic feeling...

This one FED-3's, and I definitely can say that quality-wise it's on par with dSLR shots taken that night. So, the first one very well could be taken with FED-3 too.
