Rapidwinder repair

I have a Rapidwinder and the end that turns to lock onto the camera has become a little loose. The rotating part does not stay in place, and it fits loosely to the camera body. Is it possible to adjust or repair the locking part? Can I send it to Tom for repair?

Yep. He'll repair it forever (well, for as long as HE lasts 🙂

David. it could be that you need a couple of shims to go at the bottom of the lock. It is an easy do-it-yourself thing. Just e-mail me your address and stick them in the mail for you.
