Couldnt help it, here is a nice little shot of my bessa r2a and its rare pII variation lens. The package came today with the lens hood and a eye piece for my cam and lens. Thanks again to endusty for his generosity sending me a new eye piece for the one that was broken.

As for my bad luck....somehow I got a piece of dust into the focus patch of the rangefinder, its annoying but one of these days I guess it will come out on its own. Using a blower on every spot I can find hasnt worked yet, so I will just give it time.

Now then what I really need is a 50mm lens to complete this set! Im thinking something vintage leica, anyone got something they want to sell?

Is this the lens hat Epson uses (used) to calibrate the RF on the R-D1?

and im not sure of this is the lens that epson used to test their rd1's, it might be, probably is I guess, this one somehow found its way into the market place in shanghai whee I picked it up online new. Must have been a strange story how that lens ended up there...

it doesnt go in very far...best not to even bother moving the lens, at the most it goes in half way but I think it might not even go in that far!
