I am used to doing all my shoots with studio lighting on digital. It's great for building a shot and seeing where you need to add or subtract lighting. However I want to mock up this shot on digital and do the final on 6x9 120 film to be able to give the client a poster size finished product.

When you shoot a film like portra 160 or npc 160 with studio lights, do you still overate it and shoot it at 100 or stick with the box speed? The scene is going to be fairly well lit from both sides with shadows minimal.

Cheers

Cool rogue dude, what would you rate the 400 speed films at in a controlled environment. I find generally I have to rate the 400 print films at 200 to get optimum results in the field.
