Rats! I still have a leak after new seals

Right edge of horizontal pics, bottom edge of vertical pics, every negative:

That means the leak is from the latch side, right? Man, I thought I had done everything right with my first attempt.
Advice? I must have misplaced the new latch edge seal ...

Wouldn't this be caused by a slow to close shutter curtain? I momentarily had an M3 that did this.

That is possible. I got this ST605 body for $20, figuring on seal replacement. Maybe it needs a CLA now that it has nice, new seals ... 🙁 🙂

Shutter bounce maybe ... or dragging slightly as Mister E said!

Firing the shutter a few hundred times may sort it.


If it was leak it would extend to the sprocket holes ... if it's within the 24 by 36 frame it's the shutter.
