Just wanted to pass this on, it was told me by someone with a great deal of experience with the Seiko shutter in the AE Bessas, Zeiss Ikon and RD-1:
These shutters can jam if they are re-cocked before the blades have come completely to rest. That would be especially likely at slower shutter speeds (manual or auto). So be careful when doing rapid-fire shooting, or if your habit is to fire and wind quickly.
