RD-1 stuff

Looks like Luigi inspired a japanese saddler... But the patch at the front looks quite useless, too small to be a grip. But maybe it adds more bokeh???

Thanks for the heads up pzillig. I've tried emailing them via the form on their english page but keep getting the msg "An error has been occrred during the process."

I also tried to place an order (without fully completing the process) to see what would happen, but I can't get past the page displaying my shopping basket without another error. :bang: Cookies are enabled and popup blocker etc off.

I have the two piece Epson RD1SC1 case. It has limitations. It doesn't provide much protection for the back of the camera on the left hand side of the display screen. Also, the detachable front of the case can only be closed with the 35mm ASPH Summicron, 35mm Summicron or the 35mm Summilux - without lens hoods, anything larger and the "snout" is too short. I guess it was designed for use with the 40/1.4 Nokton only?

The case on the Japanese site looks as if it gives good protection to the rear of the camera and it's quite tall, protecting the top edge as well.
