This was the first real test of my "new" RD1. It was such a nice experience. Both Epson and Istanbul manage to impress me. There will be hard time for my Canon 5D in the future. I believe that 5D will remain in the studio and RD1 will conquer the streets.

Great shots!
Glad another satisfied RD-1 owner out there. What lens?
I have a 40mm Cron on my RD-1 about 90% of the time.

Regards
Steve

Most of the shots are with Nokton 40mm and Ultron 28mm. I also have in my bag 15, 21, 35, and 50 f2 Heliar. All from CV. And another body, Bessa R3M.
Another 3 shots, with an attempt of duotone in Lightroom.
My excitement is so big, that I already ordered another Epson body from Luigi.

The middle picture in your first post (the colour image of the man between the two portrait photographs) is especialy impressive.
Glad you are enjoying your R-D1. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Great city. I got to see most of the Europe and some places in India, and didn't got to Istanbul wich is a 6 hours ride from home. And that because of a wrong preconception.
It is a great place to visit, with a big potential for street photos. I will go back in September.

Great work. The man between the portraits is a favorite of mine as well, but so are the feet along the street car rails.
