Weird question but thought someone might have some sort of hidden technique...
I've just been mashing together a (new style) Minolta A5 with the lens of a Minoltina S. All gone well but the Minoltina's aperture ring is stepless (the camera was junk, only the lens elements were useable). I can't find ANY indication of where the click stops should be happening. On the A5 there's a wee ballbearing type doodad and teeth to snap to. Nothing like that on the Minoltina, but as I said it was a trash cam with missing parts.
So has anyone ever re-clicked a similar RF? Any special method you've tried?
