Reading X100 first-impression reports: my first impression

What "supposedly" means in practice is that the people who do the bulk of the thinking about it are not engineers at Fuji, but random people on the Internet.

I can see it having some merit. The X100 is an obviouis hit for Fuji... unless there is a MASSIVE recall that buries the company.

Well, I'm confident the shutter won't cause any injuries nor that the LED screen would explode.

But there's always an oddball out there. Be assured, we'd hear all about it right away with multiple cross-postages.

Yeah, Minolta released it about 40 years ago. Plenty on the secondhand market.
