Really dull focusing on Zeiss Ikon contessamat SBE

Hey just got into RF and love this site. Kinda newbe, bought Zeiss Ikon, cheap, and it's real clean takes sharp pictures smooth quiet BUT... the focusing (rangefinder paralell imaging) is really faint. I can hardly see the two images merging or tell a difference between near and far. Is this a mirror problem? expensive fix or CLA issue which I would gladly pay for. I don't wanna get it serviced and still have such weak imaging thru viewfinder. Thanks I'll keep reading.

It is the mirror, hard to fix
BUT you camuse a cheap solution, look in the forum for cure for dim rangefinder usimg a sharpie or some electrical tape
