Pretty stoked with these so I thought I should post it up.
I've been using these "Metro Case" grips on the X100 and XA1 for a few months now.
The x100 seems like such a perfect little camera but it can be a bit smallish sometimes .
I tried the Fuji Grip but it added more weight than I wanted and still left me wanting a thumb as well.
This new grip is one piece not a bunch of parts bolted together. It's soft to the touch.
They perfectly sculpted it to the camera and your hand while only adding about an ounce of weight.... not an exaggeration... it's super light.
Holding the camera now feel completely secure and also more ergonomic.
The thumb tab places your thumb so that you just slide it over to use the focus button.... It's ideal.
No more shoe mounted thumb grip hanging up on my bag or clothes and blocking the hot shoe.
The textured nylon material is like wrapping the camera in a shock absorbing armor.
They also moulded in an Arca style plate right onto the bottom.
I hope they make an XE1/2 version. I see there is one for the XT1.
Check it out on amazon.

Acceptably Sharp
Interesting. Looks like it hampers access to the exposure compensation dial though. Yes? I use it all the time so that would be a deal breaker for me.

Sorry Scott,... That snapshot was a misleading angle.
I changed it so you can see better. It does not block the Exposure comp dial.
It may actually protect it from unintentional movement.

I can't seem to find a similar grip for the XE1. Do they make one?

Slick looking grips Andy!
When I had the X100 I also used one of cheap RRS clones Roland has, is was fairly light and surprisingly good finish quality for the price.

I got one for the XT1 also. It really impoves handling and it fits the camera like a glove while adding only 50 grams of weight.
Thumb placement is so much better for all buttons and the Exp-comp dial.
Anyone with Hands larger than Donald Trumps will be Very happy with this.
iPhone snaps again.... sorry

I hope they decide to make one for the X-Pro2. I have the Fuji grip... it adds a LOT of weight to the camera.
