I have just purchased a Recesky TLR camera, as an assembling kit.
I spent one evening to assemble and now it works: I will finish my first roll film (35 mm) duing the next Christmas holidays.
Does any body else own this funny camera? We may build up a gallery, or organize a "Recesky print swap". Any comment and proposal will be appreciated.
By the way, best wishes to all RFF members!

Yes I do. It's a fun build, but I couldn't get the frame 'counter' to work. The teeth on the gear don't protrude very far into the film gate, so the sprockets on the film just skip over them. This could very well be a build error on my part. Do you have the same problem?
Here's a pic from my first roll that I self developed (too hot - crappy thermometer which I have replaced):

And the rest are here. Due to the wind on problem, I was leaving massive gaps between each frame so only got about 8 frames on a 24 exposure roll of film!

Do you have the same problem as me with the frame 'counter'? I think we both have the same updated design as that was when the tripod mount was added (IIRC).

i have the camera that the Racesky was based on, the Gakkenflex.... i think the build is a bit different, though.

i really should use it more.... it's an interesting camera and is the only TLR i've ever used.

I solved the problem with the frame counter in an easy way: a short piece of thick adhesive tape on the back door, where it meets the counter frame wheel
