rechargeable CR123As, any good?

I need to buy some CR123As, for my MJU 1&2.

Has anyone used the rechargeable ones. If so, are they any good and is there a seller on the Bay you can recommend?

Also, why are some 3V and some are 3.7V?

Dealextreme (www.dealextreme.com) has them at a very good price. Also read there in the forums what other people say about this type of battery, but please report your specific experience witht the Mju, I am interested for my mju-2 also.
