Thank you all, I think I will go for FP4 unless I see a good deal on some of the other suggested films, I am pretty loose about the ISO so will do some testing, now I need to work on a dev as I virtually have only ever used ID11 or D76.
About Delta 100 and T max 100 I tried a few rolls of each many years ago and they just did not appeal to me.

Ilford FP4. Excellent on 120 format.

This is a neutral and medium contrast film, and very un-hipster like Tri-X - Neopan 100 SS. I got 10 rolls at Freestyle a couple of years back and got great images from various D76 dilutions, as well as Caffenol recipes.
Trying NOT to be a "hipster" is VERY hipster.

I've experience with TMAX 100 and Acros 100, both very good. I develop both in Caffenol-C-M. Fine grain, good shadow detail, lovely midtones, highlights kept under control. medium to low contrast. And finally you have enormous exposure latitude, I've exposed TMAX100 from 100 to 1600 on the same roll. You do get more grain when pushing of course, but if you are in need.... Acros will work fine from EI 50 to 800 on the same roll, if you must.
